Optimum Construction was branched out to launch on its own in 2008. Working very closely with four successful sister companies with rich histories starting in 1932 for the past 10 years, has helped us establish our very successful firm. In that short period of time, Optimum has been working on strategy and that is because everyone in our team has put every effort possible to meet our all-time target of 100% satisfaction of every client.
Our architectural studies, highly experienced management team, competitive prices and ability to complete our projects within the agreed time frame while maneuvering around firm’s working hours were just some of the things that made our company stand out and succeed in a short period of time.
Our commercial division was entirely devoted to serve government agencies and their properties including but not limited to:

- Ambassador’s residences
- Embassies
